Payments will be billed to you in U.S. dollars, and your account will be debited when you subscribe and provide your payment information, unless stated otherwise. You must pay with one of the following: A valid credit card acceptable to Authbooks A valid debit card acceptable to Authbooks Sufficient funds in a checking or savings account to cover an electronic debit of the payment due Another payment option Authbooks provides to you in writing If your payment and registration information is not accurate, current, and complete and you do not notify us promptly when such information changes, we may suspend or terminate your account. If you do not notify us of updates to your payment method (e.g., card expiration), we may participate in updater services and you authorize us to continue billing with updated information. Authbooks will not automatically renew your services unless otherwise specified. Additional cancellation or renewal terms may be provided to you on the website for the particular Services or Products.

BOOKKEEPING, ACCOUNTING & PAYROLL SERVICES

Authbooks provides bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and payroll services through its own developed methodologies and various accounting software applications. Authbooks bills for services after delivery, and all payments are subject to our refund and returns policy.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products shown on our websites are subject to availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with the expected delivery date. You may exchange or cancel back-ordered items for a full refund.

USE RESTRICTIONS

Authbooks maintains this website. Reproduction or modification of content without prior written consent is prohibited. Authbooks makes no representation that the information is appropriate for use in all locations.

RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MODIFY

Authbooks reserves the right to change, modify, or withdraw content, products, or services at any time without notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

In all circumstances, Authbooks’ maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Authbooks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Authbooks and the Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State Courts of Delaware, New Castle County.

INDEMNIFICATION

Member agrees to indemnify and hold Authbooks, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors harmless from claims or demands arising from use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

THIRD-PARTY SITES

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. Member acknowledges that Authbooks is not responsible for the content or availability of these sites.

SECURITY

Members are responsible for securing their account credentials. While Authbooks takes reasonable precautions, we are not liable for losses caused by breaches, denial-of-service attacks, or other cyber threats.

WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms, along with any invoice provided by Authbooks, form the complete and exclusive agreement between Authbooks and the Customer.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK INFORMATION

All content on the Authbooks website is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. The Authbooks logo and trademarks are owned exclusively by Authbooks and its affiliates.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to limit quantities and reject orders at our discretion.

TAXES

Some state laws require Authbooks to collect sales tax on certain orders.
